I have worked with SPOUTS since 2018. I started as an After-Sales Support Assistant and was the only one in my role at that time. The SPOUTS culture and mission makes me feel very passionate about my work. During my time so far, I have helped to establish the After Sales Team and then the Customer Experience department, which I now lead. In 2020 I was recognized as employee of the year and earned a scholarship for the Unlock Impact leadership training program as a reward. It is exciting to me to see that SPOUTS is growing and expanding very quickly and our customer base has grown much bigger.

I joined SPOUTS of Water as Strategic Programs Manager at the end of 2022. The main reasons why I joined SPOUTS is that I wanted to get directly involved in creating a positive impact in changing the lives of fellow Rwandans through distributing Ceramic Water Filters (Purifaaya), but I found many other exciting packages waiting for me after joining the team.

SPOUTS culture gives everyone an opportunity to learn, teach and grow. Secondly, SPOUTS gives me access to work life balance which impacts both myself and my family positively. Last but not least, SPOUTS’ environment makes everyone feel like family; everyone is there for each other regardless of the titles, backgrounds, etc. I really enjoy working at SPOUTS of Water!

I joined SPOUTS in 2019 and was motivated by the vision and mission to ensure everyone can access clean, safe drinking water and clean energy. The team spirit has been one of the reasons I wake up everyday and look forward to work. At SPOUTS, there is no typical day, there is always something challenging with new learning opportunities. We practice what we preach at SPOUTS and the leaders set examples for the rest of the team to follow. I can't wait to see what we accomplish in the next few years.
